Shelf Life: 1-2 years

Directions: Take 1/2 oz of the herbs, pour in a pot with water & bring to a boil. After 5 minutes, take the pot and let it cool. You can then pour into a yoni steam seat or under a yoni steam chair and sit over the steam for 15-20mins with a towel or blanket to keep the steam inside. If no seat/chair available, we do advice investing in one rather than hovering over a steaming pot for safety reasons <3. The mixture can than be discarded through the toilet after use.
